Ingredients

  • 1 bottle Clear plastic or glass bottle (with a lid) Ensure the bottle is clear for visibility.
  • 1 cup Vinegar
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1-2 tablespoons Baking soda
  • multiple colors Food coloring Multiple colors can be used for layering.
  • optional Glitter For added sparkle.
  • 1 funnel Funnel For easy pouring.
  • Measuring set Measuring cups and spoons

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Ensure the bottle is clean and dry.
  • Using a funnel, pour the water into the bottle until it's half full.

Adding Colors

  • Separately mix food coloring with additional water in small cups (one color for each cup).
  • Carefully layer these colored waters in the bottle. Pour slowly to prevent mixing until all colors are added.

Glitter (Optional)

  • Sprinkle a bit of glitter into the bottle for extra sparkle.

The Fizz Factor

  • Add baking soda into the bottle using the funnel.
  • Quickly pour vinegar into the bottle.

Watch the Magic

  • Step back and enjoy the swirling, fizzing tornado effect as the reaction occurs!

Notes
