Ingredients

  • 1 cup Baking soda
  • 1 cup White vinegar You can use apple cider vinegar or any non-flavored vinegar, but white vinegar is most effective.
  • 1 tablespoon Liquid dish soap
  • various colors Food coloring Choose your favorite hues.
  • optional Glitter For extra sparkle.

  • 1 Baking sheet or tray To catch overflow.

Preparation

  • Cover your workspace with a baking sheet or tray to catch any overflow from the foam explosion.

Mixing Ingredients

  • In a large bowl, combine 1 cup of baking soda with 1 tablespoon of liquid dish soap. Stir gently until mixed well.
  • Slowly pour 1 cup of white vinegar into your baking soda mixture. Watch as the magic happens! The mixture will start to fizz and foam.
  • Add a few drops of food coloring to the foam as it grows, swirling the colors together or keeping them separate for a rainbow effect.

Experience the Explosion

  • Enjoy the visual treat as the foam expands and spills over the bowl, creating a vibrant display.

Notes
