  • 1 sheet Transparent plastic sheets or old CDs Clean thoroughly before use.
  • 1 set Colored markers (permanent or watercolor) Use for drawing vibrant designs.
  • 1 each Scissors For cutting shapes from plastic.
  • 1 each Hole puncher For creating a hole for hanging.
  • 1 length String or fishing line For hanging the suncatcher.
  • 1 tube Adhesive (optional) For added designs.
  • 1 marker Black marker (optional) For outlining designs.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Clean your plastic sheets or CDs thoroughly to ensure they are free of dust.
  • If using plastic sheets, cut them into desired shapes (circles, hearts, etc.).

Add Color

  • Use colored markers to draw vibrant designs on one side.
  • Be bold and use overlapping colors to create a blended spectrum.

Create Holes

  • Use the hole puncher to make a small hole at the top of your suncatcher for hanging.

String It Up

  • Cut a length of string or fishing line and thread it through the hole.
  • Knot it securely at the top.

Hang and Enjoy

  • Find a sunny window to hang your creation.
  • Step back and watch the colors come to life as sunlight streams through!
