Spread and Dry

  • Using a spoon or spatula, spread the colored sugar mixture onto the lined baking sheet.
  • Make sure to keep the layers separate to maintain distinct colors.
  • Allow the sugar mixture to dry for at least 4-6 hours, or overnight, until it hardens.

Break It Up

  • Once dried, break the hardened sugar into fun irregular pieces.
