  • 1 sheet Parchment paper To line the baking sheets
  • 1 Craft knife or scissors For cutting shapes
  • String String or fishing line (for hanging)
  • 1 Hole punch (optional) For creating hanging holes

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 200°F (95°C).
  • Peel the paper off the red crayons and break them into small pieces.
  • Place the crayon pieces in small shapes or molds on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Melting

  • Carefully place the baking sheet in the preheated oven.
  • Enjoy the sweet fragrance of melting crayons as they turn into a gooey liquid.
  • Watch closely – the crayons should melt completely in about 10-15 minutes.

Shaping

  • Once melted, remove from the oven and allow to cool for a few minutes.
  • Use a craft knife to carefully cut or shape into desired forms once solid.
  • Optionally, use a hole punch to create holes for hanging.

Setting

  • Allow the melted crayon pieces to cool completely until solid.
