Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of flour and 1 cup of salt.
  • Gradually mix in 1 cup of water until it forms a dough. If you want colored dough, add a few drops of food coloring while mixing.

Kneading

  • Knead the dough on a clean surface until it is smooth, about 5 minutes. The texture should feel soft yet firm.

Shaping

  • Divide the dough into smaller portions for each creature.
  • Shape the dough into your desired monster forms using rolling, pinching, and molding techniques.
  • Add features like eyes, horns, and limbs using extra dough or tools.

Baking

  • Preheat the oven to 200°F (93°C).
  • Place your creations on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for 2-3 hours or until completely hardened.

Decorating

  • Once cooled, use acrylic paint to decorate your monsters.
  • Allow the paint to dry completely before handling.

Notes

Remember that larger monsters will require longer baking times. Keep any unused dough in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
