Ingredients
  

Herbs

  • 1 cup Dried lavender or rosemary Choose one or combine for a unique scent
  • 1 cup Dried chamomile or mint Choose one or combine with previous herbs

Additional Materials

  • optional Essential oils If desired for extra scent
  • 4 squares Fabric squares (cotton or muslin) Cut into 6x6 inches or desired size
  • 1 piece String or twine For tying the sachets
  • 1 Scissors For cutting fabric
  • 1 Small funnel or paper cone For filling sachets

Preparation

  • Gather your dried herbs and any essential oils you want to use.
  • Smell them individually—find combinations you enjoy!

Create Your Sachets

  • Cut your fabric squares into 6x6 inches (or desired size).
  • Place your dried herbs in a bowl and mix them together.
  • If using, add a few drops of essential oil for an extra scent boost.

Fill the Sachet

  • Use a small funnel or a rolled piece of paper to easily transfer herb mixture into the center of your fabric square.
  • Fill until there is enough for a comfy puff, but not overflowing.

Tie it Up

  • Gather the corners of the fabric together and twist.
  • Secure tightly with string or twine.

Enjoy the Aroma

  • Place your sachets in drawers, hang in closets, or give as gifts!
