Preparation

  • Start with a large board or platter as your canvas. Make sure it’s clean and dry.
  • Spread blue frosting across one section of the board for the ocean. Add splashes of white frosting to mimic waves.
  • Place graham crackers or biscuits around the base of the ocean area to represent sandy shores.
  • Scatter gummy sharks and other sea-themed candies around the board, arranging them for visual appeal. Use toothpicks or skewers to create height.
  • Cut fruits into fun shapes and add them strategically around the board to add color and freshness.
  • Use small edible decorations like chocolate shells to enhance the ocean theme. Leave some space for guests to reach in and grab their favorites!

Notes

Feel free to swap gummy sharks for other sea creatures. You can also incorporate different colors of frosting or other candies for added variety and flavor. Cookie cutters can be used to shape fruits or cheese into ocean-themed shapes.
