- Clear a flat surface for crafting and prepare it by laying down newspaper or a tray.
- In a mixing bowl, pour 1 cup of liquid dish soap.
- Add 1 cup of cornstarch to the soap.
- Slowly mix in 1/3 cup of water and stir until combined, forming a sticky mixture.
- Using a whisk or mixer, beat the mixture vigorously until it becomes light and fluffy.
- If desired, add food coloring and mix until evenly distributed.
- Transfer the dough into an airtight storage container for fresh keeping.
Notes
For added fragrance, mix in essential oils. You can also include biodegradable glitter for a sparkly touch. Scale the recipe up for larger amounts by multiplying the ingredients.
