Ingredients
  

For the Volcano Eruption

  • 2 tablespoons Baking soda
  • 1/2 cup Vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Dish soap
  • Food coloring (your favorite colors) Experiment with different colors for a vibrant effect!
  • 1 container A container (small cup or bottle) To hold the eruption mixture.
  • 1 tray Tray or dish (to catch the overflow)
  • 1 Spoon or stirring stick For mixing the ingredients.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Set up your tray or dish in a well-ventilated area or outside to contain the mess.
  • Place the small container in the center of the tray.

Creating the Mixture

  • Pour the baking soda into the container.
  • Add 2 tablespoons of dish soap to the baking soda. Stir gently to combine.
  • Drip in your food coloring.

Initiating the Eruption

  • Pour the vinegar into the container with the baking soda mixture.
  • Step back and watch the explosion!

Enjoying the Show

  • Cheer and observe as the foam erupts and spills over the edges.
  • Feel the excitement as it bubbles and shifts!

Notes

Customize colors with different food colorings or essential oils for scent. For unique eruptions, try different container shapes and sizes.
