Preparation

  • Choose a medium-sized pumpkin. Cut the top off and scoop out the seeds and pulp.
  • Set the seeds aside if you wish to roast them later.

Mix the Spa Ingredients

  • In a mixing bowl, combine ½ cup of the scooped pumpkin flesh with honey, coconut oil, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
  • Blend well until you achieve a smooth consistency. Add essential oils if desired.

Transfer and Store

  • Pour the mixture into small containers and seal tightly.
  • Refrigerate if not using immediately.
