Ingredients
  

For the popsicles

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup fresh lemonade (or store-bought)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (optional, for sweetness) Use as desired for extra sweetness

Preparation

  • Rinse and hull the strawberries. Slice them into quarters to make blending easier.
  • Place the sliced strawberries in a blender.

Blending

  • Add the lemonade and honey (if using) to the blender with the strawberries.
  • Blend until smooth, reaching a vibrant red mixture.

Molding

  • Carefully pour the strawberry-lemonade blend into your popsicle molds, filling them about three-quarters full.
  • If desired, drop a few extra strawberry pieces into the molds for added texture and visual appeal.

Inserting Sticks

  • Place the wooden sticks into the molds, ensuring they stay centered.

Freezing

  • Carefully transfer the molds to the freezer. Freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until solid.

Serving

  • To release the popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds.
  • Gently pull the popsicles out and enjoy the refreshing treat!

Notes

Try swapping strawberries with other fruits or adding lime juice for a zesty twist. You can also blend in yogurt or coconut milk for a creamier popsicle.
