Ingredients
  

Materials

  • 1 box Old crayons (broken or new)
  • 1 set Silicone molds (fun shapes like cars, stars, or flowers)
  • 1 each Oven For melting crayons
  • 1 each Baking sheet To place molds on
  • 1 sheet Parchment paper (optional) For easy cleanup

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 250°F (121°C).
  • Gather old crayons, remove any paper labels, and chop them into small pieces (about 1-inch).
  • Combine different colors for unique blends.

Molding

  • Fill each compartment of the silicone molds with the chopped crayon pieces. Don’t overfill!

Baking

  • Place the filled molds on a baking sheet for stability.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes.
  • Watch as the crayons melt into a colorful pool!

Cooling

  • Remove the molds from the oven and let them cool completely for around 30 minutes.
  • Gently pop the crayons out of the molds and enjoy your creations!

Notes

Experiment with color mixes to create swirls or ombre effects. Use different shapes to vary designs.
