Suncatcher Glitter Jars

- 1 clean glass jar Clean glass jar (empty and label removed) Any clean glass jar works well, including mason jars, jam jars, or old candle holders.
- 1 bottle Craft glue or Mod Podge Can substitute with any clear-drying glue.

Instructions
Preparation
- Make sure your jar is clean and dry. Remove any labels for a smooth appearance.
Mixing Glitter Solution
- In a small container, mix craft glue (or Mod Podge) with a little water. The ratio can be about 1 part glue to 2 parts water. Stir thoroughly.
- If you want to add food coloring, do so now. A few drops should suffice to achieve a nice tint.
Filling the Jar
- Add a generous amount of glitter to your glue mixture. Use different colors for a vibrant effect. Stir well to ensure the glitter is evenly distributed.
- Carefully pour the glitter mixture into the jar. You can use a funnel to avoid spills.
- Add some water to fill the jar, leaving a little space at the top. Seal it tightly. Give it a gentle shake to combine the contents.
Final Touch
- Optionally, decorate the top of the jar with ribbons, yarn, or paint to enhance its look.
Notes
Customize colors based on your home decor. You can use larger jars for bigger displays or create layers by adding different colors of glitter at different heights.
