Ingredients
  

Gelatin Mixtures

  • 1 packet blue gelatin mix For the ocean blue layer
  • 1 packet green gelatin mix For the seaweed green layer
  • 2 cups boiling water To dissolve the gelatin
  • 1 cup cold water To combine with gelatin

Decorative Elements

  • small ocean-themed candy (gummy fish, shells, etc.) For topping
  • optional to taste whipped cream For topping
  • optional to sprinkle edible glitter For decoration

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In two separate bowls, pour the blue gelatin mix into one and the green gelatin mix into another.
  • Add 1 cup of boiling water to each bowl and stir until completely dissolved.

Set the Layers

  • Pour half of the blue gelatin mixture into clear plastic cups, filling them about a third of the way.
  • Refrigerate for about 30 minutes or until set.

Add the Green Layer

  • Once the blue layer is set, carefully pour the green gelatin mixture on top, filling the cups to the rim.
  • Return the cups to the refrigerator for another hour until fully set.

Decorate

  • Once the green layer is set, add a dollop of whipped cream on top to resemble clouds.
  • Scatter small ocean-themed candies on top for decoration and sprinkle edible glitter for a magical touch.

Notes

This dessert can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days. Try using different flavored gelatins or adding fresh fruits for variety.
