Ingredients
  

For the tea bombs

  • 1 cup Loose leaf tea (your choice)
  • 1 tablespoon Edible flowers or herbs (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons Sugar or honey (optional) Enhances sweetness
  • a few drops Food coloring (optional) For visual appeal

  • 1 heat-safe container For melting ingredients

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Select your favorite loose leaf tea and any additional herbs or flowers you want to use.
  • If desired, add sugar or honey to enhance sweetness.

Melting the Base

  • Use a heat-safe container to melt a small amount of sugar until it's syrupy.
  • Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly.

Mixing Ingredients

  • In a bowl, combine the loose tea, herbs, and edible flowers with a few drops of food coloring.
  • Pour in the melted sugar gradually, mixing until the blend holds together like damp sand.

Packing the Molds

  • Using a funnel, carefully fill each half of the tea bomb mold with the mixture.
  • Pack it firmly but not too tight to allow for expansion.

Sealing the Bombs

  • Press the two halves of the mold together firmly.
  • Allow the molds to sit for at least 30 minutes until fully set.

Removing and Storing

  • Gently remove the tea bombs from the mold.
  • Store them in an airtight container until ready to use.

Notes

Customize your bombs with different types of tea or herbs. You can also add spices for enhanced flavor and use various food colors for creativity. Store in an airtight container to maintain freshness for up to three months.
