Preparation
- Start with a clean, empty toilet paper roll.
- Trim the ends if desired to create various elf heights.
Creating the Elf
- Cut out a piece of skin-toned construction paper to wrap around the roll.
- Glue it in place, ensuring the top edge is neat.
- Use googly eyes for a playful look. If you don’t have them, draw eyes with markers.
- Cut a triangle from construction paper to create an elf hat. Decorate it with glitter, stickers, or markers.
- Attach the hat using glue, making sure it bends slightly to create a point.
- Cut out a small rectangle from colored paper for the elf's shirt. Fold the top down to create a collar and glue it to the front of the roll.
- Use cotton balls or pom-poms to decorate the hat and draw or glue on a smile to complete the face.
