Ingredients

Materials Needed

  • 1 roll Toilet paper roll (or paper towel rolls cut in half) Used as a base for crafting
  • 1 sheet Colorful construction paper For creating animal features
  • 1 pair Safety scissors For cutting paper
  • 1 tube Glue or tape For assembling features
  • 1 set Markers or crayons For coloring your animals
  • 1 pack Googly eyes (optional) For added decoration
  • 1 cup Cotton balls (for sheep) To create a fluffy sheep
  • 1 bottle Paint (optional) For additional designs

Instructions

Preparation

  • Take your empty toilet paper rolls and clean them to ensure they are free from any leftover paper or glue.

Cutting and Shaping

  • Cut the top of the roll down to create ears for animals like cows or pigs. Use colorful construction paper to create triangles or other shapes for the ears.

Coloring

  • Color the rolls using markers, crayons, or paint. For example, use black spots for a cow or pink for a pig.

Assembling Features

  • Glue or tape googly eyes onto the rolls. For sheep, glue cotton balls all over the roll to create a fluffy body.
  • Attach paper ears and any other features you want.

Final Touches

  • Once everything is dry, give your farm animals a final look, adding any extra details you desire. Place them on display or use them for playtime!

Notes

Customize your animals with different colors and patterns. Consider using fabric scraps for unique textures. Create a farm scene with barns and fences from cardboard boxes.
