Materials for Ornaments

  • 1 set Transparent plastic or glass ornaments Choose the size based on preference.
  • 1 batch Dried and pressed flowers (like pansies, daisies, or ferns) Select flowers that resonate personally.
  • 1 bottle Craft glue or Mod Podge To adhere flowers to the ornament.
  • 1 each Paintbrush or sponge applicator For applying glue.
  • 1 pair Scissors To trim flowers, if necessary.
  • 1 length Twine or ribbon For hanging the ornaments.
  • optional Glitter or sequins For decorative flair.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Gather fresh flowers and press them between the pages of a heavy book for about a week.
  • Alternatively, use a flower press if you have one to retain their color and shape.

Assembly

  • Carefully unscrew the top of your transparent ornament to access the interior.
  • Place the dried flowers inside the ornament. Experiment with different layouts until you find one you love.
  • Use craft glue or Mod Podge to adhere the flowers to the inside surface of the ornament.
  • Brush a thin layer of glue over the flowers for added durability.
  • If desired, add a sprinkle of glitter or sequins for an extra touch of sparkle.
  • Allow the ornament to dry completely — this may take a couple of hours.
  • Once dried, carefully reattach the top of the ornament and tie a twine or ribbon through the hook for hanging.

Notes

Customize colors and textures to match the occasion. Consider adding sentiments or exploring various ornament shapes for a diverse collection.
