Instructions
Preparation
- Clean the jar: Rinse and dry to ensure paint adheres well.
- Gather materials: Set up a clean, flat workspace.
Tape the Flag Design
- Create stripes: Using painter's tape, create horizontal stripes on the jar. Alternate sections to expose the areas you want to paint in red, white, and blue.
- Secure edges: Press down the tape firmly to avoid paint seeping underneath.
Painting
- Start with red: Use a paintbrush to apply red paint on the top stripes. Allow to dry.
- Add white stripes: Apply white paint to the next sections, being careful around the edges of the tape. Allow to dry.
