Materials

  • 1 pack White air-dry clay or foam For the main body of the squishy.
  • 1 set Red and green paint (or colored clay) For coloring the squishy.
  • 1 small bowl Water For smoothing the surface.
  • 1 unit Craft knife or sculpting tool For detailing the squishy.
  • 1 optional Glitter or beads For decoration.
  • 1 unit Black marker For detailing.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Knead a good amount of white air-dry clay or foam until soft and pliable.
  • Form a plump strawberry shape by rolling the clay into a teardrop and gently flattening the bottom.

Creating Details

  • Roll small pieces of green clay into leaf shapes and attach them to the top of the strawberry.
  • Use a craft knife or sculpting tool to create small indents for seeds and texture on the strawberry surface.

Painting

  • Once the shape is set, cover the main body of the strawberry with red paint.
  • Paint the leaves green and add black dots for the seeds.

Drying

  • Set your squishy aside to dry completely if using air-dry clay, or use it as is if using foam.

Adding Details

  • For added sparkle, apply glitter or stick on beads before the paint dries.
  • Once dried, use a marker to outline the seeds for a finished look.

Notes

Customization options include changing the color to pink or yellow, using small tools for more detailed seeds, or swapping materials for different textures.
