  • 1 piece Cloth or sponge for cleanup To keep your workspace tidy.
  • 1 cup Water for rinsing brushes To clean brushes after painting.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Select smooth, flat stones that fit comfortably in your hand and rinse them with water to remove dirt; let them dry completely.
  • Lay down newspaper or a cloth to protect your surface and gather your painting materials and brushes.

Designing

  • Use acrylic paints or permanent markers to create designs that resonate with you, considering soothing patterns, affirmations, or symbols that inspire calmness.
  • Remember to use gentle strokes and let your creativity flow.

Drying

  • Set your decorated stones aside and let them dry completely. This may take a couple of hours depending on the paint used.

Sealing

  • Once dry, apply a clear sealant over the painted stones for durability and follow the sealant drying instructions for best results.

Notes

Custom Designs: Try using natural pigments from the earth or food dyes for a more organic look. Swap Materials: Instead of stones, consider making worry 'shells' or pieces of wood for a unique take. Add Texture: Use sand or fine gravel in your designs for an extra sensory experience.
