Preparation

  • Gradually add 3/4 cup of water, stirring continuously until the mixture is smooth.

Cooking

  • Pour the mixture into a saucepan and cook over medium heat.
  • Stir constantly until it thickens and becomes a dough, about 5-7 minutes.
  • You’ll notice it pulling away from the sides of the pan.

Cooling and Kneading

  • Once thickened, transfer the dough to a clean surface and let it cool for a few minutes.
  • Knead the dough until it’s smooth and cool enough to handle.

  • Stack the balls securely to form your snowman.

Decorating

  • Allow the snowman to dry for a couple of hours.
  • Once dry, paint your snowman white (if desired) and let it dry again.
  • Use buttons, fabric scraps, twigs, googly eyes, and any other decorations to make your snowman unique!

Notes

For colorful snowmen, add food coloring to the dough. You can also create multiple snowmen of various sizes for a fun display. Store any leftover dough in an airtight container.
